helpdesk.png The Ask I.T. Help Desk is the one stop location to support students in their use of I.T. for University work.

The Ask I.T. team are professional and friendly Help Desk officers who are highly competent in providing support for software applications on both the Windows and Macintosh operating systems.

There are three Help Desk locations :
  • Duhig Building (Bld #2), level 2, St. Lucia campus
  • UQ Gatton Library (Bld #8102), level 1, Gatton campus
  • UQ Ipswich Library (Bld #8), level 2, Ipswich campus
