helpdesk.png The Ask I.T. helpdesk is the one stop location to support students in their use of IT for University work.

The Ask I.T. team are professional and friendly helpdesk officers who are highly competent in providing support for software applications on both the Windows and Macintosh operating systems.

There are four Helpdesk locations :
  • Biological Sciences Library (Bld # 94), Level 2, St. Lucia campus
  • Duhig Building (Bld #2), level 2, St. Lucia campus
  • UQ Gatton Library (Bld # 8102), level 1, Gatton campus
  • UQ Ipswich Library (Bld #8), level 2, Ipswich campus
