IMPORTANT NOTES:
Working with AUDIO/VIDEO files:
For these training exercises, files of the types .wav / .mpeg must
first be saved to your computer / network drive / USB drive, as
described below, then opened:
- In Internet Explorer, right-click on file name, then select "Save Target As.."
- In Mozilla Firefox, right-click on file name, then select "Save Link As.."
Working with OFFICE 2007 files:
For these training exercises, files of the types .docx / .xlsx / .pptx
may need to be saved first to your computer / network drive / USB
drive, as
described below, then opened:
- In Internet Explorer, right-click on file name, then select "Save Target As.."
Excel (.xlsx) files may save as a .zip file. If this happens, simply
right-click on the saved file, and select Rename from the menu. Rename
the file from"something.zip" to "something.xlsx" and the file will open
in Office 2007.
- In Mozilla Firefox, right-click on file name, then select "Save Link As.."
