All libraries except Ipswich Campus
  1. Open your document, then from "File" menu, select "Print".

  2. A print dialog box will appear. Click on "Properties".

  3. A Properties window will appear. You can select various print options such as Double-Sided printing and Multiple pages per sheet. Make your selection, then press "OK".
    Note: Double-sided printing will still attract the same printing costs as printing separate single-sided pages.

  4. Click on the "OK" button in the print dialog window to print.

Printing PowerPoint Slides and Handouts

 

  • Select File - Print, then choose Handout or Slide options as shown below:

  • When printing PowerPoint slides, do NOT combine a Handout selection with Properties, then N-Up in combinations like 6-in-1, for example.  This will result in a one-page printout of diminished size.

 

 Printing Multiple Pages Ipswich Campus
  1.   Open your document, then from "File" menu, select "Print".

  3. A print dialog box will appear. Click on "Properties".

  4. Choose the number of pages per sheet.

  6. You can choose between 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per sheet. The A4 page Icon will show what the final layout will look like.

  8. If you want a landscape print click on the A4 page Icon.

  10. Click on the OK button to accept changes.

  12. Press the OK button to print.
