- Open your document, then from "File" menu, select "Print".
- A print dialog box will appear. Click on "Properties".
- A
Properties window will appear. You can select various print options
such as Double-Sided printing and Multiple pages per sheet. Make your
selection, then press "OK".
Note: Double-sided printing will still attract the same printing costs as printing separate single-sided pages.
- Click on the "OK" button in the print dialog window to print.

Select File - Print, then choose Handout or Slide options as shown below:
- When printing PowerPoint slides, do NOT combine a Handout selection
with Properties, then N-Up in combinations like 6-in-1, for example. This
will result in a one-page printout of diminished size.

Open your document, then from "File" menu, select "Print".
- A print dialog box will appear. Click on "Properties".
- Choose the number of pages per sheet.
- You can choose between 1, 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 pages per sheet. The A4 page Icon will show what the final layout will look like.
- If you want a landscape print click on the A4 page Icon.
- Click on the OK button to accept changes.
- Press the OK button to print.
